South Carolina Basting Sauce Recipe

- 2 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Black pepper, finely grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Allow flavors to mellow at least 1 hour at room temperature. NOTES : Yields 2 c. of sauce
