SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoons soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Beat eggs; add sour cream. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into
• 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until cake tests done with a toothpick.
• CLASSIC CHOCOLATE FROSTING
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons milk or water
