  1. Cook pasta
  2. Heat oil & butter
  3. Add garlic
  4. Add cubed tomatoes
  5. Add dash of dry white wine
  6. When pasta cooked, drain and toss in pan with sauce.
  7. 1-2 minutes before serving add smoked salmon & capers
  8. Serve with rocket/spinach on top
