  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken pcs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. French style green beans, thawed and liquid removed

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken; drain off all but 1 Tbsp. fat. Add in onion and mushrooms; saute/fry till onions are tender. Stir in flour. Add in soup, lowfat milk and tarragon; mix well.
  2. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; boil gently 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender. Stir occasionally. Stir in beans, heat 15 min.
