  • STIR-FRY-SAUCE
  • 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons white granulated sugar
  • 1?8 cup light soy sauce
  • ⅛ cup sweet soy sauce
  • 1?4 cup fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Miran
  • SALT AND PEPPER DIPPING SAUCE
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1?4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 bunch Arugula
