Scalloped Potatoes & Ground Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 5 to 6 med. potatoes
- 1 med. onion
- 3 to 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Peel potatoes and cook till tender. Brown grnd beef with onion. Add in the lowfat milk and cheese. When the cheese has melted mix the cornstarch with a little lowfat milk and add in to lowfat milk mix to thicken. Add in the potatoes and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 min or possibly in microwave for about 10 to 15 min.
