Rhubarb Custard Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 x layer yellow box cake mix
- 1 x Large eggs, butter, water, oil, whatever mix requires for batter
- 4 c. rhubarb sliced in 1/2" slices
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt (16 ounce.) whipping (or possibly heavy) cream
Directions
- Mix cake according to package directions. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2" pan. Dump rhubarb on top.
- Dump sugar on top of rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over sugar.
- Bake at 350 deg. F for 50-60 min, till cake part tests done. Serve bottom side up. Rhubarb, sugar, and cream sink and combine to make a custard layer.
