  • 1/2 sm Red pepper cut into thin strips
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Cook Quinoa according to package directions. Cold, then fold in remaining ingredients, adding Ume Vinegar last and seasoning to taste. Delicious as a salad or possibly side dish.
