It’s here! My last week of school for my first semester back. Whew! I can’t believe that I have managed this juggling act for almost 5 months! It helps that I have THE BEST husband, no really, he is the best. (Did you miss the story about why I’m back in school? re-re-recap it here!)
This past week was just as crazy as I thought it would be. Friday perfectly captured this time of year for me: At the job at 7am and clocking out at 6:30, only to rush home to read for my history paper due…Wednesday! But it was such a fun day!! Come January, I will be missing these go-go-go days.
Other than coffee, I did have some other new fun things to keep me going last week.

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20past%20week%20was%20just%20as%20crazy%20as%20I%20thought%20it%20would%20be.%20Friday%20perfectly%20captured%20this%20time%20of%20year%20for%20me:%20At%20the%20job%20at%207am%20and%20clocking%20out%20at%206:30,%20only%20to%20rush%20home%20to%20read%20for%20my%20history%20paper%20due%E2%80%A6Wednesday!%20But%20it%20was%20such%20a%20fun%20day!!%20Come%20January,%20I%20will%20be%20missing%20these%20go-go-go%20days.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOther%20than%20coffee,%20I%20did%20have%20some%20other%20new%20fun%20things%20to%20keep%20me%20going%20last%20week.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGarden%20Lites%20:%20Zucchini%20Souffle%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20found%20this%20at%20Harris%20Teeter,%20but%20I%E2%80%99ve%20also%20seen%20them%20at%20Whole%20Foods.%20This%20little%20baby%20was%20so%20good,%20and%20was%20my%20supper%20at%20work%20on%20Thursday.%20It%E2%80%99s%20pretty%20small%20but%20it%20still%20filled%20me%20up!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGarden%20Lites:%20Zucchini%20Marinara%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAgain,%20I%20bought%20this%20at%20Harris%20Teeter%20and%20it%20was%20SO%20GOOD!!!%20So%20good%20it%20inspired%20me%20to%20get%20a%20veggie%20spiraler.%20However,%20this%20portion%20is%20not%20a%20meal;%20it%E2%80%99s%20a%20side%20dish.%20Not%20realizing%20this%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20pack%20anything%20else.%20Luckily%20I%20had%20some%20hummus%20in%20the%20fridge%20at%20work%20and%20mixed%20in%201/4%20cup%20into%20the%20dish%20for%20added%20protein,%20and%20it%20completely%20filled%20me%20up.%20The%20marinara%20sauce%20in%20this%20dish%20is%20SO%20flavorful!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKettle%20Cuisine:%20Grilled%20Chicken%20and%20Corn%20Chowder%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHoly%20Moly.%20This%20is%20my%20new%20favorite!%20Creamy,%20spicy,%20and%2013%20grams%20of%20protein!%20Yum.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20are%20your%20favorite%20QUICK%20gluten%20free%20meals?%20I%20always%20have%20the%20best%20of%20intentions%20with%20making%20a%20quinoa%20mess,%20but%20then%20don%E2%80%99t%20wake%20up%20with%20enough%20time%20to%20even%20cook%20for%2030%20minutes!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
