  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 dsh Warm Pepper Sauce
  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak cut in 1" cubes
  •     Minced Vegetables

Directions

  1. 1. Combine extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Steak Seasoning, and warm pepper sauce.
  2. 2. Combine steak and minced vegetables.
  3. 3. Marinate for approximately 30 min (can skip if in a hurry)
  4. 4. Thread steak and vegetables on skewers. (Brush kabobs with seasoning mix if Step 3 was skipped).
  5. 5. Grill or possibly broil for 10 - 15 min turning frequently.
