er%20and%20explain%20my%20problem%20in%20French.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStuff%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20called%20the%20English%20number.%20It%20was%20answered%20in%20English,%20my%20number%20verified%20in%20English%20and%20I%20was%20asked%20what%20the%20problem%20was%20in%20English.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20said%20the%20wrong%20thing%E2%80%A6.in%20English.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20said%20%E2%80%98my%20phone%20line%20is%20down%E2%80%99.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBefore%20I%20was%20re-routed%20yet%20again%20I%20managed%20to%20shout%20NO,%20NO,%20NO%20into%20the%20receiver%20and%20explain,%20correctly,%20that%20%E2%80%98my%20phone%20is%20working%20but%20the%20cable%20has%20fallen%20off%20the%20poles%20and%20is%20lying%20on%20the%20surface%20of%20the%20road%20where%20it%20is%20being%20run%20over%20by%20cars%20and%20trucks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20then%20told%20that%20my%20line%20would%20be%20checked%20anyway.%20I%20wanted%20to%20say%20that%20I%20knew%20it%20was%20working%20since%20we%20were%20talking%20over%20it%20at%20the%20moment,%20but%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20then%20told%20that%20my%20problem%20would%20be%20directed%20to%20the%20appropriate%20department%20but%20I%20could%20not%20be%20assured%20as%20to%20when%20it%20would%20be%20repaired.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EQuelle%20surprise!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20Updated%20on%20February%2019,%202014%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
