  • 4 oz can mushrooms
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes

Directions

  1. Lightly brown the cubed pork.
  2. Add in mushrooms, simmer 10 min.
  3. Add in tomatoes. Simmer 20 min.
  4. Season to taste. Serve over rice.
