Pineapple Chipotle Salsa Recipe

- 1 x Pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 1 x Red pepper, diced
- 1 x Red onion, diced
- 3 x Chipotle peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. Cilantro, minced
- 2 x Limes, zested and juiced
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Coriander
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Mix ingredients together.
- NOTES : Serve with Grilled Jamaican "Jerk" Chicken
