Pina Colada Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free Jello instant pudding, vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cold Whip lite dessert topping
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions
- Stir together pudding mix and skim lowfat milk as directed. Add in pineapple, Cold Whip and coconut, fold into pudding mix. Allow to refrigeratebefore serving.
