Perry's (San Francisco) House Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Burgundy wine
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp Dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp Dry basil
- 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, blender, or possibly jar and mix well.
- Makes about 1 1/2 c..
