Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies From Heaven Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine, softened
- 1Â 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2Â 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1 c. Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in Large eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. Add in Flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking pwdr. Stir in Chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls about 1 1/2 tsps onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly (they do not flatten much while cooking). Bake for 10 mins at 350 C. Makes 3-4 dozen.
