Peach Pie With Crumb Topping Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 x peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 x 9" unbaked pie shell
- Â Â For The Topping
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter softened
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients and toss well to distribute proportionately. In another bowl, mix together the topping ingredients till crumbly.
- Turn filling into the pie shell and sprinkle with the topping mix. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F. oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs or possibly untilbrown and bubbly.
