Pasta With Red Pepper And Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
- 32 ounce Fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tsp Lemon peel, grated
- Â Â Black pepper, to taste
- 3 c. Broccoli florets
- 1 x Red pepper, oven roasted for 10-15 min, cut in strips
- 8 ounce Angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
- Â Â Crushed red pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine broth, lemon peel, and black pepper in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in broccoli, red pepper and pasta; return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, till pasta is tender. Transfer to pasta bowls and sprinkle with cheese and crushed red pepper, if you like.
