  • 10 potatoes, boiled and slice in half
  • 3 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced vertical in four, to garnish
  • 10 pitted olives, to garnish
  • Parsley to garnish
  • 1 med. red onion, sliced very thin, rinsed in water, seasoned with salt, to garnish
  • 10 leaves of lettuce, to garnish, 1 for each potato
  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric gives taste and color to the sauce
  • 1/2 clove garlic (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Warm green or possibly red warm pepper to the taste (half of 1 med. size)
  • 1 T oil, or possibly sufficient to blend
  • 4 T evaporated lowfat milk, or possibly sufficient to blend
  • Dash of black grnd pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime, to taste

Directions
