Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  •     Parsley for garnishing
  • 4 x Segments garlic, chopped
  •     Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. Yellow onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Green onion
  • 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 piece carrot, sliced into strips
  • 2 stalk celery, sliced medium thin
  • 3 c. Chicken breast*, sliced into strips
  • 1 pkt Canton noodles

Directions

  1. *Add in more meat if you like
  2. In a deep saucepan put chicken with 1 c. of water, bring to a boil till water is gone. Put veg. oil, stir for about 10 seconds then add in garlic and onions stirring occasionally till brown. Add in soy sauce and broth, wait until it boils then add in carrots. Cover for 1 minute. Add in 1 c. water if broth is salty. Stir the rest of the vegetables till half cooked. Add in noodles and stir for half a minute. Salt and pepper to taste, garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
