Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr a big one
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat milk up to 2 c.
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat ingredients till blended (electric mixer or possibly blender).
- Bake on warm, greased griddle.
