Orzo with Bacon, Peas, and Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 lbs orzo, cooked al dente
- 3 bags frozen peas
- 2 qts extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 lbs diced fresh onions
- 3 lbs parmesan cheese
- 2 lbs diced cooked bacon
- 4 cups 50/50 chicken broth
Directions
- Note: Cook in batches.
- Saute the orzo with the onions.
- Add the broth and reduce by 1/2.
- Add peas and bacon.
- Heat through.
- Pan up and garnish with parmesan cheese.
