Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon veg. oil
- Sliced onions
Directions
- Beat large eggs and pour into lowfat milk. Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr. Pour into egg and lowfat milk and beat in veg. oil.Dip onions in batter and drop into hot oil till golden brown.
