Onion Ring Batter Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients; add in water and egg. Batter will be thin. Dip onion rings in the batter and deep fry.
