Old Fashioned Sweet Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 T flour
- 3 T butter
- 2 c. sweet cream
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pastry for 9-inch pie crust
Directions
- Blend sugar, flour and butter till consistency of cornmeal. Place over bottom of pastry-lined pie pan. Over this mix, pour sweet cream. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees), 50 min.
