Ingredients

  • 2 x frzn skinless boneless chicken breast 3 ounce each
  •     halves
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning
  • 1 tsp grnd coriander seed
  • 1 tsp Spice Islands Fines Herbes or possibly less to taste

Directions

  1. Trim fat from chicken. Don't thaw.
  2. Combine the herbs and rub on both sides of each chicken breast.
  3. Grill in a preheated electric grill for 7 min; unplug the machine. Don't lift the cover. Allow the chicken to rest in the machine for 2 min. Remove from the machine and allow chicken to rest for 1 to 2 min.

  5. NOTES : Spice Islands Fines Herbes is a blend of dry thyme, oregano, sage, rosemary, marjoram and basil.
