Mrs F Nutty White Chunk Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 2Â 1/4 c. All purp flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Butter, softened
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Pecans, chpd
- 1Â 1/2 c. White chocolate bar, 8 ounce
- Â Â Coarsley chpd
Directions
- Preheat oven 300F. In med bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well; set aside. In lg bowl, using mixer, blend sugars at med speed. Add in butter; mix to create a grainy paste. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; beat on med till light and fluffy. Add in flour mix, pecans and white chocolate; blend on low till just combined, Don't overmix. Drop by rounded Tbsps onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2" apart. Bake 20-22 mins or possibly till edges just begin to turn golden. Don't overbake. Transfer to a cold flat surface to cold before removeing from cookie sheets.
