Mother's Ritz Cracker Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 20 x Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Minced pecans
- 3 x Egg whites
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 pt Cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
Directions
- Mix pecans, 1/2 c. sugar and cracker crumbs in bowl. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff; gradually add in vanilla and 1/2 c. sugar. Fold crumb mix into egg white mix; pour into greased pie plate and bake at 350 for 20 min. Cold thoroughly; top with whipped cream. Refrigeratewell before serving.
