Molded Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 sm. Packages lemon Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced fine
- 1/2 c. celery, minced very fine
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. Cold Whip
Directions
- Add in vegetables to partially set Jello. Add in mayonnaise, cottage cheese and Cold Whip. Pour in buttered mold. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Serve on lettuce.
