Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixed diced vegetables(Potatoes, carrot, beans,cauliflower and peas)
  • 1 big sized onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 - 3 nos. of cardamom
  • 3 nos. of cloves
  • 1 inch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • For grinding
  • 1/2 cup of grated coconut
  • 2 - 3 nos. of green chillies (Acc. to ur taste)
  • 1 tsp. of Aniseed
  • Grind them to a smooth paste by adding little water
