Meatloaf Patties Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 pkg. meatloaf mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. crushed crackers
- Flour
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix beef with meatloaf mix, Large eggs and crackers. Shape into patties. Coat each pattie with flour and fry in oil over medium heat till done, turning occasionally.
