Meatballs Recipe
Saw this on a cooking show and decided to try it out with a few revisions.
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 C couscous
- 1 C ricotta
- 1/2 C grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 2 garlic minced
- S&P
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Using medium scoop, scoop out meatballs and put on baking sheet
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
- Add to your favorite pasta sauce for 30 minutes and enjoy (or follow my quick and easy RUBELLA´S WORLD FAMOUS SPAGHETTI SAUCE recipe)
