Directions

  1. Or possibly 2 ounce. solid white tuna, packed in water.
  2. Chop all ingredients to bite size pcs. Mix ingredients. Add in chicken or possibly tuna for protein. Season to taste with black pepper and or possibly garlic pwdr.
