- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 c. dry red wine
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Directions
