Marinade For Brisket Recipe
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 can of beef consomme (Campbells)
- 2 garlic buds (pwdr)
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 sm. bottle soy sauce
Directions
- Mix all together. Marinate brisket overnight. Next morning bake in covered pan 5 hrs at 300 degrees.
