- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 c. Peanut oil
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 c. Finely-minced onions
- 1/2 x Garlic clove mashed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Grnd ginger to taste
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate bear before grilling.
