Lemon Raspberry Squares Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 c. Melted butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 x Slightly beaten Large eggs
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. Raspberry preserves or possibly jam
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar add in butter, press into 8x8 greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile combine rest of ingredients except preserves.
- When shell is done, spread jelly or possibly preserves, then pur rest of ingredients over the top. bake 25 minutes. Chill. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
