Layered Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, torn in bite size
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 4 x hard boiled Large eggs, diced
- 1 pkt frzn peas, cooked
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
- 1 x sweet onion
- 8 slc bacon, fried and diced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Layer in a 9x12-inch dish the first seven ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip salad dressing with sugar. Spread on top as frosting. Top with cheese, cover and chill 8-12 hrs. At serving time garnish with additional bacon and parsley if you like.
