  • 1/2 lb Kielbasa or possibly Polish Sausage cooked
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper, diced
  • 1 clv garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Barbecue sauce
  • 2 x tubes (8oz each) Refrigerated Cresent Rolls
  • 4 slc American Cheese- halved
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. Water Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In large skillet. cook sausage for 5-8 min; drain. Add in onion, green pepper, garlic and butter; cook till vegetables are tener. Stir in barbecue sauce; heat through. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into eight rectangles; seal perforations. Place a cheese slice on half of each rectangle; top with 2 Tbsp. sausage mix. Fold dough over filling and healthy pinch edges to seal; fold seam under. Beat egg white and water; brush over dough. Sprinke with seasame seeds.
  2. Place bundles seam side down on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-18 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Yields 8 servings.
