Directions

  1. Be sure cabbage and carrots are minced up into very fine pcs (about the size of rice).
  2. Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, lowfat milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat till smooth. Add in the cabbage, carrots, and onion, and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
  4. This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
