Joel's Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

- 1/2 pkg. blue cheese, crumbled
- 3-4 ounce evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- Garlic juice or possibly garlic salt to taste
- Little black pepper
