Italian Sausage Meal Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 x link Italian sausages, cut in 2" pcs (3 warm, 3 sweet)
- 3 x russet or possibly red potatoes, cut in fourths
- 1 lrg onion (white)
- 1 x red pepper*
- 1 x yellow pepper*
- 2 clv garlic, unpeeled
- 2 x zucchini
Directions
- *Can use 1 green. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake sausage with quartered potatoes for 1/2 hour in 9"x13" pan or possibly casserole. Drain fat. Add in onions, peppers, garlic and zucchini. Continue cooking 1/2 hour or possibly till potatoes are done. Serve with bread. Wonderful one dish meal.
