Italian Sausage And White Bean Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 ounce Italian Sausage
- 1/4 c. Pesto sauce (or possibly pizza sauce if you prefer)
- 1 x Boboli pizza crust or possibly foccacia crust
- 1 1/2 c. Grated chees (Mozzarella, Parmesan, etc.)
- 1/2 c. Liquid removed canned great northern beans
- 1 c. Diced seeded plum tomatoes
Directions
- Brown sausage in a large skillet, stirring till it crumbles. Spread sauce proportionately over pizza crust to within 1/2 inch of edges; sprinkle with 1/2 c. cheese. Arrange sausage, beans, and tomatoes over cheese; sprinkle with remaining 1 c. of cheese. Bake at 450 for 8-10 min.
