Italian Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x deep dish frzn pie crust
- 5 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. ricotta
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 3 x sausage links, (skinned, cooked and liquid removed well) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend Large eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 minutes or possibly till center is almost hard.
