Impossible Cheeseburger Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 1/2 c. Onion, Minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 med Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. Shredded cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into a greased 10 inch
- pie pan. Beat lowfat milk, Bisquick and egg till smooth. Pour over hamburger. Bake at 400 for
- 25 min. Top with tomatoes and cheese, bake an additional 10 min or possibly till knife
- inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 min before serving.
