- Mix together margarine, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat till butter is completely melted. Slowly add in evaporated lowfat milk. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add in vanilla. Serve warm or possibly cool.
