Ingredients

  • 4 lrg Pork cubed steaks
  • 6 lrg Egg
  • 4 x 6 c. Cracker meal
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x salt and pepper Vegetable oil to deep fry

Directions

  1. Each steak in half. Lay aside.
  2. Beat the Large eggs with the lowfat milk. You will need four deep dish pie plates.
  3. Divide the egg mix into 2 pie plates.
  4. Pour 2 c. of craker meal into 2 pie plates.
  5. Set one pie plate of egg mix, and cracker meal in front of your cutting board. Lay a large piece of foil next to cracker meal.
  6. Dip one piece of steak into egg, then into cracker meal. Place onto cutting board and keep patting the crumbs into the meat. You may use a rolling pin. Set on foil. Do the other 3 pcs of meat.Repeat this process again with the egg and cracker meal, which you set aside. Your piece of meat should be almost doubled than when you started.Lay each piece on foil after you dip.Put in the refrigerater for a half hour. May be frzn seperate on cookie sheet and frzn, then put into bag.
  7. Heat sufficient oil to deep fry in a deep kettle or possibly deep fryer.
  8. 375 . Fry till golden.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste on enjoy on your favorite bun or possibly rolls, and any condiments you like.
