  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix above. Pour into large baking dish. Top with a mix of four c. of finely crushed cornflakes and one c. melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Leave covered till about 10-15 min before cooking time is up.
