Ham, Egg And Cheese Casserole Recipe
Servings: 12
Ingredients
- 5 c. Plain bread cubes or possibly crouton
- 1 lb Ham, minced*
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed small*
- 4 c. Lowfat milk **
- 1/4 tsp Pepper**
- 6 x Large eggs**
- 1/3 c. Corn oil**
- 1 tsp Salt**
- 1 tsp Dry mustard**
- 1/3 c. flour**
Directions
- * Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan.** Pour this mix over crouton mix and chill overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hrs. Let sit for 10 to 15 min before serving. Cut into squares.
- Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
