Ham And Cheese Appetizer Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 24 sm. cubes (1/2") cooked ham (about 4 ounce)
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Blend together cheese, butter and mustard. Add in flour and paprika. Mix just sufficient to create stiff dough (like pie crust dough). Mold 2 to 3 tsp dough around each ham cube, enclosing ham. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10-15 min, or possibly till golden brown. Makes 24 appetizers.
